เมื่อ Fillet , Chamfer ไม่สามารถลบมุม และเส้นไม่ต่อกันได้ Fillet non coplanar

หลายครั้งหลายครากับลุงธี ปัญหาที่มักจะเจอบ่อยๆกันอีกปัญหาเรื่องการใช้คำสั่ง Fillet , Chamfer แล้วไม่สามารถลบมุม และเส้นไม่ต่อกันได้ หรือแม้กระทั่งการใช้คำสั่ง TRIM , EXTEND ก็ไม่สามารถแก้ไขเส้นให้ตัดหรือยืดได้

สาเหตุมักจะเกิดจากค่าระดับของเส้นที่เป็นแกน Z ไม่เท่ากัน

ลุงธีต้องเข้าไปแก้ค่าระดับที่ Properties ให้อยู่ที่ระดับเดียวกันก่อนถึงจะใช้คำสั่ง Fillet , Chamfer , TRIM , EXTEND ได้

โดยมากจะตั้งค่าไว้ที่ 0 เพราะการเขียนโดยเริ่มต้นระบบจะตั้งค่าไว้ที่ 0 ก่อนเสมอ

สามารถเข้าไปปรับค่าแกน Z ของวัตถุต่างๆ ได้ที่  PROPERTIES 

ปรับให้ เป็น 0 ทั้ง แกน Z และค่า Elevation ทั้ง Block , Pline 

Fillet non coplanar between two Line polyline

Trying to make a fillet between two line, but a message like this is showing in the command line: Lines or polyline are non coplanar?
Issue:

You are trying to TRIM, EXTEND or FILLET two lines in AutoCAD and are receiving an error Lines are non coplanar and the lines are not modified.

Causes:
One or more of the line verticies is not at the same elevation as the other verticies.

Solution for non coplanar between two Lines or polylines to be fillet :-
1- If its non coplanar with polylines fillet :- 

Select polyline which it is non coplanar to be fillet  then click right select properties then go to Elevation put 0 value  ( see photo for polylines non coplanar properties -1).

2- If its non coplanar with lines to be fillet :- 

Select lines which it is non coplanar to be fillet then click right to select properties then go to End Z put 0 value  ( see photo for lines non coplanar properties -2).

วิธีการผูก xref หลายไฟล์อ้างอิง (xrefs) ในครั้งเดียว?

etransmit ภาพวาด autocad หลายภาพโดยไม่ต้องเปิด xrefs หลายไฟล์ของ autocad อย่างไร?

ลองนึกภาพผู้ใช้ CAD มีหลายไฟล์ CAD ที่มีหลาย xrefs (ไฟล์อ้างอิงภายนอก) และผู้ใช้ต้องการผูก xrefs เหล่านี้ทั้งหมด (ไฟล์อ้างอิงภายนอก) เรามาดูวิธีผูก xref หลายไฟล์ (ไฟล์อ้างอิงภายนอก) โดยไม่เปิดไฟล์ CAD ที่มี xrefs

โดยส่วนมากลุงธีจะใช้วิธีการนี้เพื่อการรวบรวมไฟล์งานที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับการส่งไฟล์ให้ผู้อื่นได้ทำงานต่อ โดยการส่งเมลที่เป็น Zip

โดยใช้คำสั่ง eTransmit แค่ชื่อก็น่าจะพอเดาออกว่า electronic transmit

ปัญหานี้มาจากทีมงานที่ใช้งานแล้วเกิดปัญหาจึงถามมาครับ
เมื่อเขียนเส้นบอกระยะในรูปแบบต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น DIM, DIMLINEAR, DIMALIGNED หรือการบอกระยะอื่นๆ
แล้วเส้นบอกระยะที่เขียนขึ้นไม่ถูกสร้างให้เป็นเลเยอร์ปัจจุบันที่เปิดใช้งานอยู่
สาเหตุเพราะ ตัวแปรระบบ DIMLAYER  ถูกตั้งค่าเป็นค่าอื่นนอกจาก Use Current

: ประโยชน์ของคำสั่งนี้คือการเขียน Dimension ทุกกรณี จะเป็นเลเยอร์ที่ถูกกำหนด โดยไม่ต้องไปเปลี่ยนเลเยอร์ใหม่ ซึ่งถ้าเราเขียน Dimension โดยกำหนดให้ใช้เลเยอร์ Dim อย่างเดียว ก็จะช่วยให้เราไม่ต้องไปเปลี่ยนเลเยอร์ในภายหลังครับ  ทำได้โดยใช้คำสั่ง Dimlayer แล้วพิมพ์ชื่อเลเยอร์ที่ต้องการ


ทีนี้มาดูการปรับแก้ไขให้การเขียนเส้นบอกระยะให้อยู่ในเลเยอร์ปัจจุบันกันครับ
ลุงธีแนะนำการแก้ไขทำได้โดยการใช้คำสั่ง Dimlayer แล้วให้ค่าเป็น Current
โดยพิมพ์เครื่องหมาย . (จุด) แล้ว Enter ตามรูปด้านล่างนี้ครับ

หรือจะเข้าไปแก้ไขใน Ribbon ที่ Annotate 
ก็ดูตามรูปเหมือนกันครับ

ให้ปรับค่าเป็น Use Current

แล้วลองใช้งานดูใหม่ครับ ขอให้โชคดี

ในบางครั้งในการทำงานนอกสถานที่ ในบางที่อาจจะไม่ได้มีความพร้อมในด้านการใช้งาน
เมื่อมีไฟล์ DWG อยู่ แต่หาที่เปิดไฟล์ไม่ ลุงธีจะต้องทำยังไง ในวิธีเปิดไฟล์แบบไม่มีโปรแกรม AutoCAD ในเครื่อง

ใน Autodesk ได้ทำเว็บ ไว้เพื่อช่วยในการเปิดใช้งานไฟล์ ในรูปแบบ Online ให้ใช้
ก่อนอื่นให้เข้าไปที่เว็บนี้ก่อน  https://viewer.autodesk.com/ 

เป็นเว็บของทาง Autodesk สำหรับใช้ในการเปิดดูไฟล์ DWG 

ก่อนอื่นเราต้องสมัครก่อน โดยไปที่ Sign up for free 

แล้ว Create Account 

ใส่ข้อมูลลงไป ชื่อ สกุล อีเมล และรหัส ในแต่ละช่อง 

คลิกเห็นชอบ  I agree to the Autodesk Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Statement 

แล้วกดคลิกสร้าง Create Account 

ทางระบบของ Autodesk จะส่งข้อมูลเข้าไปยังอีเมลของเราที่สมัครไว้

ให้เข้าไปตรวจสอบที่เมลแล้วตอบรับ VERIFY EMAIL 

ระบบจะเปิดเข้าเว็บ  https://viewer.autodesk.com/ ยันยืนให้สามารถเปิดใช้งานได้

เราก็จะสามารถเปิดไฟล์ DWG ได้ โดยเลือกที่เมนูอัพโหลด Upload แล้วเลือกเปิดไฟล์ DWG 

ระบบก็จะเปิดไฟล์ DWG ขึ้นมาให้ได้อ่าน ได้ใช้งานครับ

โดยสามารถเปิด-ปิด เลเยอร์ได้ วาดรูป เพิ่มตัวอักษร บึนทึกเป็นรูปภาพได้
